What are the requirements to activate Pingueen?
If your company has a Facebook Page and a verified Business Manager Facebook Profile, then you can activate Pingueen with WhatsApp Business API. If you do not meet yet those requirements, we will activate a procedure to verify your profile and upon FB approval, a WhatsApp account will be activated and linked to your FB profile
What phone number am I able to use?
Upon configuration, an active mobile number – which has been never linked to WhatsAPP – is required
How do I use WhatsApp with Pingueen?
Pingueen is a WEb and mobile platform (iOS e Android) compatible with WhatsAPP, the most used Instant messagging service. . This is possible with the API Business, that are made available by a FB certified provider.
When a client sends a query with his personal WhatsApp account, a conversation opens up and it lasts 24h from the last message. During this conversational window, you can interact with the client and respond real time to all their queries with text or multimedia messages. You are also able to initiate a contact with your clients thanks to the notification services bu using message templates that have been previously approved by Facebook (template messages)and that aim to provide information, for example event reminders, order confirmation and bookings. Yes, Pingueen is available for as many users as you like, via Web and via mobile
Is Pingueen customizable?

Depending on the company business, you can choose between two dedicated modules: 1) Planning of appointments, bookings management, collecting orders of products or services and planning of assistance. Are you a craftsman? You could use the Assistance Module to programme your interventions with an automatic reminder to your clients based to your availabilities. Do you run a service company? You could use the Appointment Module so that your clients can receive their appointment confirmation and related details directly on WhatsApp. You could tag the conversation as important. Is there a limit of clients with whom I can communicate via Pingueen?
No, there is no limit. You can interact with as many clients as you want. Each client who contacts you has an individual form with all requests in process and an archive with all completed requests. Furthermore, the Personal Data part is attached to the client consent to treat confidential information; this gives you the legal permission to send template reminders for any activity update.
Am I allowed to send deals and discounts to my clients via Pingueen?
No, discount campaigns are not allowed. Pingueen is a channel to “listen” to all clients requests and to be always available. This facilitates the development of a trust relationship. You can send updates about client requests at any time through the templates; however, you cannot plan any marketing push campaigns.

How can I get Pingueen?

How long does Pingueen subscription last?
Pingueen offers an annual subscription with an automatic renewal. Should you decide to discontinue the subscrition, you can write to vendite@pingueen.it 30 days before the expiry date; at that point the team will discontinue your subscription.
